Recent Work
Check out some of my recent work! These projects are a brief snapshot into my current role as a workforce development and marketing specialist with a special focus on business development at Livingston Associates.

This portfolio is interactive so feel free to move things around!!
Marketing Materials
I create marketing materials for both Livingston Associates and the companies we partner with. These materials include tools that help us recruit talent and gain business as well as build brand recognition.
I recently led a marketing initiative to create a comprehensive booklet that showcases all of the services offered by Livingston Associates. This promotional material is used during client intake meetings, for onboarding new employees, and most importantly, to sell and market our services. I am currently working on the 2025 edition of the booklet and have included a sneak peek.

Business Development & Email Campaigning
Promotional campaigning through Constant Contact allows us to stay top of mind and build our brand with current, inactive, and future clients. Consistently making touchpoints with these groups is essential, as it directly leads to new business opportunities.

I have grown our database from zero to over 6,000 contacts, all of whom I engage with regularly through targeted campaigns. I send a biweekly email to promote job openings, a monthly newsletter to our employees, a quarterly newsletter to current, potential, and inactive clients, as well as updates on training opportunities, industry news, and event promotions.
Training & Public Speaking
Business development is closely tied to the events we run. Our annual Construction Kickoff Conference (CKC) embodies Livingston Associates’ dual mission: serving both our clients and the construction industry. For our clients, this event allows them to focus on their core business while we handle the rest. The conference offers a wide range of training sessions, including safety, mandatory annual certifications, leadership development, management, and HR/workforce development programs.

I lead the committee responsible for organizing this event, including marketing initiatives, outreach, and vendor coordination. I also lead trainings with the workforce development team at the event on marketing and branding, attracting and retaining talent, and conducting successful interviews.

Other events we speak at include career fairs interacting with students and high school classes/programs. I have presented on careers in construction, preparing for interviews, and career readiness skills.
Project Management of Events
A recent event that I planned is the 'Partner Appreciation Night' which is a cornerstone event for business development, though we like to think of it as a ‘hidden marketing event.’
While this event is a great opportunity to relax and connect with our clients, it also provides a unique platform for them to see the breadth and depth of our entire network. It’s not just about appreciation; it’s about creating visibility and strengthening relationships that drive future growth.

I manage every aspect of the campaign and marketing efforts for this event, from outreach to event coordination. This includes connecting with current clients, engaging potential clients, and reaching out to key community partners.
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
Recruitment makes up 40% of my current role, where I manage client accounts, recruiting for a wide range of positions - anything from entry level roles to senior level managerial positions.
While recruiting and talent acquisition are central to our workforce development efforts, our impact goes beyond direct placements. We also provide resume support, interview preparation, classes on careers in construction, and career skills training to help candidates succeed in the long term.
Employee Engagement
I serve as the Co-Chair of Livingston Associate's Employee Engagement Committee (EEC). My role on the EEC is to be the communication for employees to make sure they feel valued and we work to create an inclusive workplace.
As the committee co-chair, I lead meetings, drive initiatives, create the monthly newsletter and collect information and update our bulletin boards. I also serve as an advocate for our employee's concerns and wishes.
